We are hiring a marketing professional with 1–2 years experience to generate qualified leads, manage follow-ups, and convert clients consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily tele-calling to business owners and decision-makers
- Identify businesses that need website redesign, SEO, or digital marketing
- Maintain strong follow-up system and update lead status daily
- Schedule meetings and coordinate client requirements
- Support local marketing activities (visits, networking, referrals)
- Handle walk-in and referral enquiries professionally
- Maintain daily lead report and performance tracking
Required Skills
- Strong Tamil communication (English is an advantage)
- Confidence in talking to business owners
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and follow-up consistently
- Target-driven, result-oriented mindset
- Good discipline in reporting and tracking leads
Monthly Performance Expectation
- Generate consistent qualified leads weekly
- Close minimum 2–3 client conversions per month
